KIMTECH PURE A5 Sterile Cleanroom coveralls incorporates innovative design features to provide an exceptionally high standard of protection. Cloth-like comfort is delivered by the SMS (Spunbond-Meltblown-Spunbond) material that goes into each garment. All garments are manufactured in an ISO certified facility, clean processed, and individually packaged under cleanroom conditions. They contain no natural or rubber latex. Optional hood and boot covers are designed for use with the coveralls. The A5 apparel is ideally suited for ISO 5 – 8 cleanroom environments in pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device industries. KIMTECH PURE A5 Sterile Cleanroom apparel with CLEAN-DON technology is in fact a number of technologies and benefits combined to facilitate sterile gowning. The patent-pending highly visible blue line along the interior of the garment identifies the proper place to grasp while gowning, helping workers to avoid touching the garment exterior. Built-in thumb loops keep the garment sleeves from rolling back and exposing arms or wrists. An innovative Inside-Out fold pattern presents the garment interior as the packaging is opened, reducing the risk of contact or contamination with the apparel exterior. Patent-pending snap technology features built-in snaps that gather up legs and arms to lower the risk of contact with the floor. It will then automatically release as the garment is put on.
