Tacky Mat, Blue Film on Blue Mat, 36"× 36"
Purus Mats are the newest and most advanced cleanroom mat to be introduced to the market. It is a multi-layered, adhesive coated mat that removes dirt and dust from foot traffic and wheels prior to their entry into a clean or controlled environment. Each numbered layer is fully coated with a "particle grabbing" adhesive. Once the layer is saturated, easy and quick removal of the layer reveals another clean surface.
- Superior Quality: Purus mats are produced in an ISO 9000 factory. The completely integrated manufacturing process with film extrusion, coating, laminating and converting ensures consistent quality. A consistent coat weight of adhesive yields a higher performing mat without excessive tack issues. The correct softness enables dirt to embed into the adhesive with just enough thickness to accept and contain the particles.
