Description:

FreeZone Stoppering Tray Dryer is a drying accessory for FreeZone 6, 12 or 18 Liter Freeze Dry Systems. Chamber has three shelves, each measuring 16.5" × 12", that hold serum bottles or vials. When the stoppering control is activated, the shelves raise via an expanding diaphragm that permits stoppering under vacuum of containers on all three shelves.

Brushed stainless steel and epoxy-coated steel exterior
1" thick acrylic door
3 temperature probes for monitoring sample or shelf temperature
3" diameter outlet for connection to FreeZone System
3 processing shelves, each W 16.5" × D 12" (41.9 cm × 30.5 cm) with 196 square inches of area
1 hp HCFC / CFC-free refrigeration system and 1000- watt electric heater for cooling and heating fluid medium circulating through channels in the shelves from -40 °C to 40 °C
LCD for display of system and probe temperatures in °F or °C, vacuum in mBar, Pa or Torr, and the segment of the program in progress
Microprocessor-controlled temperature ramp and hold programming from -40 °C to 40 °C and memory to store five programs and repetition of identical protocols
Control panel with operating switches, stoppering control know, vacuum release valve control knob and 1/8" OD backfill port
Red LED alarm indicator
Rear-mounted RS232 port, interconnect cable and power switch
