All prices are quoted in US Dollars and are subject to change without notice at the discretion of Medisca. No credit can be given for price reductions after a sale has been made.

All invoices are net 30 days from date of invoice. New customers who wish to open a credit account must submit a credit application. (Please use the credit application form provided at the end of the catalog.) The credit application takes a minimum of 5 days to process and orders will not be released until credit is approved. We will accept credit cards or COD until credit is established.

We accept Visa, Master Card, Discovery, and American Express payments over the phone and via fax. The credit card payment section of the credit application must be submitted via fax prior to the first credit card payment. Please call our Accounts Receivable Department for details.

If you do not have an account with us and do not wish to pay by credit card, you may request COD shipment for your order. A surcharge of $15.00 applies for this service.
