In order to preserve the quality of our products and to conform to cGMP
and FDA regulations we are unable to accept returns on the following items:
Chemicals, Controls, Bulk Orders and Special Orders.
-Please inspect your orders upon arrival and contact the Customer Service Department with
any questions concerning your orders.

Un-Authorized Returns:

All unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to the purchaser at their expense.

DAMAGED / MISSING / SHORTED ITEMS
|
|
At Medisca® we take great care in filling
all your orders accurately. In case of
items being damaged, missing or shorted,
please proceed as follows:
|

|
Loss or Damage in Transit:
|
- Check your order immediately upon
receipt of your shipment, unpack and
inspect for damage.
- Do not accept a damaged shipment
until the carrier makes a "damage"
notation on your delivery receipt or
freight bill.
- If a shortage or damage exists,
you should immediately request the
carrier to make an inspection.
Retain all containers and packaging
materials for the inspection.
- No insurance will be obtained on
shipments made by Medisca® Inc unless
otherwise arranged by the purchaser
prior to shipping.

Claims:
|
- Any claims for damage (other than
damage caused in transit) or shortage
must be
made within 5 calendar days of the date of
delivery.
- A customer Service Representative will
get in touch with you and advise you on
how to proceed with the claim.
- Retain all materials and the original
shipping carton until a Medisca®
representative has approved a return or
disposal of materials.

RGA Number:
|
|
Any returns require a Return Goods Authorization (RGA).
Without the RGA number, your return will not be accepted .
Please call our Customer Service Department to receive your
RGA number. The RGA must be prominently displayed on the
returned package.
