Customer Service Representative
We are looking for dynamic, enthusiastic, results-oriented individuals to join our Customer Service Team. The main purpose of this position is to answer the overflow of incoming calls for all US customers in order to place orders, authorize returns and answer inquiries.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Sales Representatives’ Support
- Support inside and outside Sales Reps with their customers’ requests and orders
- Place orders, research pricing requests, MSDS and Certificate of Analysis requests
- Update memberships by adding, deleting or changing accounts
- Complete Sales Report to keep reps informed of order placement & customer status
- Provide excellent customer service
- Get required information to create Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMA)
- Arrange for order pick ups and credits when the order did not satisfy the customers’ requirements
- Assist Business Development Team & Wholesaler Managers
- Process orders from wholesalers
- Keep contact with the wholesalers, resolve problems and discrepancies
- Update Syspro contact information
- Online account information verification
- Reception coverage during lunch and breaks
Qualifications:
- High School diploma
- Minimum two (2) years experience in customer service, sales and/or telemarketing
- Excellent written and spoken English, Spanish an asset
- Very good computer skills, MS Office Suite & Internet
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills
- Able to multi-task and organize time efficiently
- Proficient at coordinating amongst different people & departments
